The WillPower method is a 60-minute, barefoot, and equipment-free functional fitness class that blends Pilates, yoga, and high-energy calisthenics. It acts as a full-body cardiovascular workout designed to improve strength, flexibility, and agility, while focusing on "foot fitness". The class also integrates positive mental coaching to strengthen both physical body and emotional intelligence

Slow Flow
