Hi, I’m Kim
Mindful Yoga & Wellness came into my life in a way I didn’t expect, but immediately knew I couldn’t ignore. What started as a personal commitment to slowing down, listening to my body, and caring for my nervous system eventually became a deeper calling to create a space where others could do the same.
I’ve spent much of my career supporting people through big, often stressful life moments, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when we feel grounded, supported, and not alone. Mindful Yoga & Wellness is an extension of that belief: a place to move with intention, breathe deeply, and reconnect without pressure or judgment.
My hope is that when you walk into this studio, you feel a sense of ease. That you feel welcomed exactly as you are. And that you leave feeling a little more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
